We take pride in the sacred energy and quality of each item we offer. Due to the nature of our ritual goods, aura oils, and spiritually adorned items, all sales are final. These products are infused with intention and energy, and for the integrity of your spiritual practice and ours, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at staravenues@richculture.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
